Final Assessment and Award Ceremony for the First “China Law-Based Government Award”

On January 15th, 2011, the final assessment and award ceremony for the first “China Law-Based Government Award” was held in the National Convention Center. The award was initiated by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). After presentations given by the applicants, the selecting committee, composed of prominent experts and scholars from relevant professional and academic backgrounds in China, finally chose eight winners of the “China Law-Based Government Award”, including the “Provision of Administrative Procedure of Hunan Province” by the Legislative Affairs Office of People’s Government of Hunan Province. Seven projects won the Nomination Award, such as the “Department of Regulations of the National Development and Reform Commission on the Construction of Bidding Law System”.
