About the Administrative Law Review

Administrative Law Review is supported by the Ministry of Education, sponsored by China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and published by the Administrative Law Review Press. It is the first journal on department law and the only journal on administrative law in China. Our authors and readers come from a wide range of professions, including colleges, research institutions, legislative affairs offices of people’s congresses at all levels, legislative and supervision departments of the government, administrative tribunals, civil and administrative procuratorial departments of the people’s procuratorates, and officials from public security, industry and commerce, taxation, land and environmental protection and other administrative law enforcements authorities.

 

Administrative Law Review was first published in January 1993. Professor Ying Songnian is the current President. Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of CUPL, is Editor-in-Chief, and Professor Liu Shen, is the Associate Editor.

 

Administrative Law Review is recognized as “Chinese Core Journals of Social Science” and “Chinese Core Journals of Law”. It is also included in the “Chinese Social Science Citation Index (CSSCI)”, “Chinese Social Science Journals Database”, “Chinese Academic Journals Comprehensive Review Database”, and “Chinese Core Journals Databases (Selected)”. The issues are accessible through Chinese Academic Journal (CD) and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI).
