The 1995 Annual Meeting of CALS was held from January 4^thto 7^th, 1996, in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. More than 70 scholars and experts all over the nation attended in the meeting. They made a review on the ten-year achievements of CALS, and meanwhile offered a prospect.
