The 1996 Annual Meeting of CALS was held from December 10thto 15th in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The theme of this year was “Theory and Practiceof Administration Law”, which mainly focused on the issues in law-based administration. Over 32 essays and papers were received and participants developed heated discussions on the related issues.
