The 2000 Annual Meeting of CALS was held on July 26th and 27th in Tsingtao, Shandong Province. Numerous Chinese scholars and experts on administration law participated in the conference, discussed and exchanged ideas on relevant theoretical and practical issues. 

The main topic of this year was administrative enforcement, on which had received many papers. The participants also discussed issues like administration by law, the sources of Administrative Law, administrative act, administrative regulations and provisions and the plaintiff qualifications in administrative litigation and so on.
