On August 22^nd, 2015, the 30^thAnniversary Founding and the 2015 Annual Meeting of CALS was held successfully in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Theme of this year was “Administrative Law and Accelerating the Construction of Law-abiding.”

Mr. Wang Lequan, President of China Law Society, Mr. Luo Haocai, Honorary President of CALS and the 9^thVice Chairman of the National Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Prof. Ying Songnian, Honorary Chairman of CALS and Tenured Professor of China University of Political Sciences and Law (CUPL),Mr. Jiang Bixin, Vice President of China Law Society (CLS) and Vice President of the Supreme People’s Court, Mr. Wang Ning, member of Standing Committee of Communist Party of China of Sichuan Provincial Committee and Vice-Governor, and Mr. Zhang Xianwen, Vice President of CLS, and other delegates, a total of more than 300 people attended the conference. The opening ceremony was hosted by Prof. Ma Huaide, President of CALS and Vice President of CUPL.
