The 2011 Annual Meeting of China Administrative Law Society (CALS) was held on November 1st and 2nd in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. Over 260 experts and scholars from theoreticaland practical fields like the Legislative Affairs Commission of National People’s Congress, the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, the local people’s government and its departments at or above the county level, the local people’s courts at all levels, institution of higher learning, scientific research institutions and law firms attended the conference and more than 200 papers were collected, which both renewed the record of the former years. Theme of this year was “Implementation of Administrative Law and Issues of Administrative Law on Strength Social Administration.” Delegates conducted widely and discussed about it.
