The 2009 Annual Meeting of China Administrative Law Society (CALS) was held on August 23^rd to 26^th in Changsha, Hunan Province. More than 170 experts and scholars from all over the country referred over 100 essays. The theme of this year was “Legalization of Administrative Procedures”, on which the participants developed warm and energetic discussions. The main topics were as follows: the foundation of administrative procedures, government information disclosure, the regulation work of administrative discretion and supply administration procedure.
