Education Background:
Lin Hongchao has obtained a Bachelor’s degree of Law from Renmin University of China (RUC), a Master’s degree and a Doctoral degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law. From 2007 to 2009, he worked as postdoctoral researcher in the Law School of CUPL. In addition, he was a visiting scholar in the School of Law, Columbia University.

Sub-project of “The Legal Protection of Unconventional Emergency Management” (2009), one of the major research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
“A Research on Administrative Emergency Procedures”(2008), one of the projects supported by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation.
Academic Achievement:
Lin has published dozens of papers on the leading journals, such as, China Legal Science and The ZUEL Law Journal.
