Education Background:
Lin Hua has acquired a Bachelor’s degree of Law, a Master’s degree of Law (Constitutional and Administrative Law) and a Doctoral degree of Law (Constitutional and Administrative Law). From July, 2013 to September, 2015, Lin did the postdoctoral research in the Institute of Law in Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He was a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley School of Law from 2014 to 2016.
Research Projects:
➢ Leading the projects commissioned by the Ministry of Transport of the P. R. of China and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the P. R. China
➢ Participating in more than 30 national or provincial projects
➢ One of the participators of drafting or revising the laws or regulations, such as “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Academic Degree”, “The Regulation on the Administration of Human Genetic Resources”
Academic Achievements:
● One monograph and co-authored a couple of works.
● More than 20 papers and translations in the leading journals, such as Educational Research, Comparative Economic and Social Systems, Journal of CUPL, and Administrative Law Review.
● Commentaries on newspapers like Legal Daily, Study Times, etc.
