Education Background:
Prof. Zhang obtained Bachelor’s and Master’s degree of Law (Constitutional and Administrative Law) from the Law School of Renmin University of China. In 1997, Prof. Zhang participated in the first European Law training program, obtaining a certificate of completion from the Université Paris 1 Panthéonon-Sorbonne. From September, 1999 to September, 2001, she received D.E.A. de droit public interne from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon. Then from Sep., 2001 to Feb., 2007, she obtained a doctorate de droit public interne from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon.
Work Experience:
Prof. Zhang once was an intern at the Council of the Interior and Judicial Council of the European Union, as well as at the European Court of Human Rights. She worked as a research assistant in the Université Paris 1 Panthéon. Besides, she was a Professeurinvité in Université de Montpellier I in Jan. and Feb., 2013.
Academic Achievement:
Prof. Zhang has published many books written in foreign languages, such as, Le contrôlejuridictionnel de la légalité des actesadministratifs : élémentsd’analysecomparée des contentieuxadministratifschinois et français，collection « droit administratif», Bruylant, Bruxelles, décembre 2009，738 p.
She also published books in Chinese, for example, Contemporary French Public Law - System Theory and Case (China University of Political Science and Law Press, Aug.,2013, 396 p.)
