Research Report Receives Comments from the Premier

Recently, the Preliminary Evaluation on the Establishment of the Law-based Governmentwritten by Prof. Ma Huaide and Prof. Wang Jingbo received comments from Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council. The report was published onZhuoya View(2016-6) of Beijing Zhuoya Economics and Social Development Research Center.

The report is based on the third party evaluation on the establishment of the law-based government in 100 cities of four consecutive years. It analyzes and summarizes the progresses and problems in the establishment of the law-based government and provides constructive suggestions for the future.
