On September 25, the Learning Session of the Central CPC Group of the National Energy Administration (NEA) was held. Prof. Ma Huaide from China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) was invited to deliver a report on “the Rule of Law in China and the Construction of Law-based Government”. Nur Bekri, Party Secretary and Director of NEA, presided over the learning session and delivered remarks. Members of the Party Leadership Group of the NEA, supervising directors, chief engineers, chief economists, all CPC members, and party members and cadres at or above deputy-director level of North China Energy Regulation Bureau, institutions under the National Energy Administration, China Electricity Council and China Power Media also attended the learning session.
