On October 28, 2017, the symposium on “Legal Issues concerning Internet Regulation and Governance”, i.e., the First Youth Forum of Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (ALSCLS) and 2017 Annual Meeting of Governmental Regulation and Professional Committee was held in Donghang Yunyi (Eastern Cloud) Hotel of Hangzhou Municipality, Zhejiang Province. The symposium was co-sponsored by the Governmental Regulation Professional Committee, ALSCLS and Intellectual Property College of the Law School, Zhejiang Gongshang University. Some 130 experts, scholars and research fellows from both academia and practical fields discussed on a variety of topics, such as Internet regulation, data rights, platform governance, latest developments of administrative law studies.
