On October 11, 2017, the International Symposium on PPP Contract was successfully held at Beijing Jingyi Hotel. This conference was co-sponsored by the School of Law-based Government and China-EU School of Law of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Over 70 law scholars and practitioners from government agencies and universities, including the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee, Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, Ministry of Finance, National Development and Reform Commission, the Supreme People’s Court, Beijing No.4 Intermediate People’s Court, the Legislative Affairs Office of the Government of Changsha Municipality, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Central University of Finance and Economics, University of International Business and Economics, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Zhejiang University and other universities attended the symposium.
