In the afternoon of October 24, 2017, Prof. Wang Jingbo, Dean of the School of Law-based Government (SLBG), China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), was invited to give a lecture at the 109^th Luzhou Forum and the Symposium of the Theory Study Group of Municipal Committee of Luzhou. The topic of the lecture was “the Construction of Rule of Law in China and the Cultivation of Law-based Thinking for Government Officials”. Officials of the Municipal Party Committee, Municipal People’s Congress, Municipal People’s Government, and Municipal CPPCC Committee attended the lecture. Other participants include representatives from legislative affairs offices from counties, districts, development zones, agencies and institutions under the municipal people’s government also listened to the lecture.
