On November 7, 2017, the Ministry of Agriculture held an appointment ceremony. Ye Zhenqin, Deputy Minister of MOA, attended the ceremony and awarded the certificate for Legal Counsels. Prof. Ma Huaide was appointed as Legal Counsel.
