On November 10, 2017, China Social Sciences Evaluation Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences released the 2017 AMI Research Report for Comprehensive Evaluation of Chinese Think Tanks, and 166 think tanks were rated as “core think tanks”. The School of Law-based Government of China University of Political Science and Law (SLBG of CUPL) was one of the 16 university think tanks in the field of sociology and political science rated as Tier-A think tanks.
