In the evening of December 12, 2017, the 104^th Law-based Government Form was held at the Xueyuanlu campus of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Wang Wanhua, Professor of Procedural Law Research Institute of CUPL, Ph.D supervisor, the 7th session National Top Ten Outstanding Young Jurist was invited to give a lecture on “Modernization of National Governance and Formulation of Administrative Procedure Code”. Prof. Yang Weidong, Vice Dean of Law Department of China National School of Administrationand Ph.D supervisor, and Prof. Luo Zhimin, Director ofGraduate Institute of Administrative Law of the Law School of CUPLandPh.D supervisor, were the commentators.
