On December 17, 2017, the 1^st Forum on the Advancement of Law-Based Government, organized by the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society was held in Changsha. Over 80 scholars, experts and practitioners from famous universities, scientific research institutions and legal affairs offices at various levels attended this event. Participants of this forum comes from the Commission of Legislative Affairs of National People’s Congress (NPC), the Legislative Office of the State Council, the Supreme People’s Court, the Legislative Office of Hunan province, Legislative Offices of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, as well as China University of Political Science and Law, Tsinghua University, Wuhang University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, NorthWest University of Politics & Law and so on.
