In the morning of December 28, 2017, the first inaugural ceremony of Council of Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship was held at the Academic Lecture Hall of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). The ceremony was sponsored by Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship Council and organized by the School of Law-Based Government of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Over 200 people, including experts and scholars from the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, Chinese Academy of Governance, Institute of Law of the China Academy of Social Sciences, Peking University, Renmin University of China, Tsinghua University, China University of Political Science and Law, etc., attended the ceremony. The ceremony was moderated by Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of CUPL and President of the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (ALSCLS).
