On June 4th, 2018, the School of Law-based Government of CUPL and the Beijing Pinggu District People’s Government co-organized the “Forum on Comprehensive Law Enforcement at Local Level - the Review of the Research Project of Reforming the Law Enforcement System of Pinggu District Combating Illegal Mining of Sand and Gravel”. Scholars conducted extensive and in-depth discussions from multiple levels and perspectives on this topic.
