In the afternoon of June 5, the “Administrative Agreement Forum” sponsored by the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society was held at Beijing First Intermediate People’s Court. For the first time, the forum held discussions among experts, scholars and judges on the basis of an equal dialogue between public and private law. Nearly 40 experts from the academia and practical field of civil law and administrative law, including Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of CUPL, and Prof. Huang Yongwei, President of the Administrative Division of the Supreme People’s Court, attended the event.
