In the afternoon of September 20, 2018, the releasing ceremony of theEvaluation Report on China Law-based Government (2018)and the Law-Based Government Forum, sponsored by the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society and the School of Law-based Government (SLBG), China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), was held in China University of Political Science and Law. 

More than 90 people attended the event, including legal professionals from the Legislative Affairs Commission of the National People’s Congress, Ministry of Justice, as well as legal practitioners from Beijing, Shanghai and other cities and provinces. Other participants included experts and scholars from universities and scientific research institutions, as well as journalists and university students in and outside Beijing. The event was moderated by Prof. Ma Huaide, Vice President of CUPL and President of the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society.
