In the afternoon of February 28^th, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate (SPP)sponsored a seminar to solicit suggestions to the “Work Report of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate (Draft for Comments)”. Prof. Ying Songnian and Prof. Ma Huaide were invited to attend the seminar. Together with other experts, the two professors offered professional suggestions on how to implement the people-centered development idea, comprehensively deepen the reform of the judicial system, advance the system of ligation for public interests, perfect self-supervision of the procuratorial organs, improve the quality of judicial interpretations, and strengthen the training of civil and administrative procuratorial personnel.
