On August 31, 2019, the 4^th Forum of the Research Network of Law-Based Government of the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (ALSCLS), sponsored by ALSCLS, organized by the Law School of Southeast University (SEU), and supported by the Institute for Education Law and the Research Center of Law-based Government of SEU, was held at the Sipailou Campus of SEU.
