On September 3, 2009, the School of Law-based Government (“SLBG”) of China University of Political Science and Law (“CUPL”) and Justice Bureau of Nanning Municipality signed the Agreement of Strategic Cooperation and Collaborative Innovation Framework of Law-Based Government Construction, and jointly held the inauguration ceremony for the Collaborative Innovation Base of Law-Based Government. This agreement will strengthen the exchange and cooperation between the two Parties on the research and practices of law-based government construction and education.
