On October 20, 2019, the Award Ceremony of the 9th Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship (YSALS), sponsored by the Board of Directors of YSALS and organized by Anhui University, was successfully held in Hefei, Anhui Province. Prof. Ying Songnian, Tenured Professor of CUPL and Honorary Director of the Board of Directors of YSALS, Prof. Ma Huaide, President of CUPL and Director of the Board of Directors of YSALS and other representatives attended the ceremony. Other attendees included representatives of the ALSICLS Annual Meeting 2019 as well as 16 awarded Ph.D. candidates and graduate students.
