In the morning of October 27, 2019, the Research Report on “the 20^th Anniversary of the Implementation of the Administrative Reconsideration Law” and launching ceremony of “Ten Typical Cases of Administrative Reconsideration” was successfully held in Beijing. The event was sponsored by Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (ALSICLS) and organized by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of CUPL. By summarizing the experience and achievements of the implementation of the Administrative Reconsideration Law in the past two decades, this conference aimed to make preparations for further advancing the reform of the administrative reconsideration system and to make administrative reconsideration the main channel of tackling administrative disputes.
