In the afternoon of October 27, 2019, the “Practice and Development of Administrative Reconsideration” seminar was successfully held in Beijing. This seminar was sponsored by Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (ALSICLS) and organized by the School of Law-based Government of CUPL. Leaders and experts from the National People's Congress, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Justice and other government agencies attended this seminar.
