In the morning of April 13, 2020, the kick-off meeting of research project “draft of experts’ suggestions on the amendments of the Administrative Reconsideration Law” was successfully held online via Tencent Meeting.  Entrusted by the Administrative Reconsideration and Response Bureau of the Ministry of Justice, experts of China Administrative Law Society (CALS) set out to draft suggestions on the amendments of the Administrative Reconsideration Law. A number of experts and scholars from the Administrative Reconsideration and Response Bureau of the Ministry of Justice, China University of Political Science and Law, the Central Party School (National Academy of administration), Peking University, Tsinghua University, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and other institutions attended the meeting.
