On May 26, 2020, the seminar on “Response of  Administrative Law in the Era of Civil Code” sponsored by the China Administrative Law Society (CALS) and the School of Law-based Government, CUPL was held online via Tencent Meeting. More than 20 experts and scholars in civil law and administrative law circles from Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Central Party School (National Academy of administration), China University of Political Science and Law attended this seminar. They had in-depth exchanges and discussions on the theme of “Response of Administrative Law in the Era of Civil Code”.
