In the morning of June 20, the 19^th session of the Standing Committee of the 13^th National People’s Congress closed at the Great Hall of the People. After the closing meeting, the Standing Committee of the 13^th National People’s Congress held the 17^th special lecture, which was presided over by Chairman Li Zhanshu. Ma Huaide, President of CUPL, gave a special lecture on “China’s Administrative Legal System”. Professor Ma Huaide, based on his study of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19^th CPC Central Committee, made an in-depth analysis of the main achievements, major problems and countermeasures of China’s administrative legal system.
