To encourage study and discussion on the Revised Law on Protection of Minors (Second  Deliberation Draft for the Revision), the Research Base of Governance and Law on Minor Affairs held an online expert forum for amendments on July 18, 2020. After a brief introduction to the background of the forum, experts from China Youth & Children Research Center, Zhejiang University, CUPL and other universities and research centers, judicial organs and organs for Legal Supervision respectively made suggestions on improvement of the second deliberation draft.
