“2019 Annual Conference on Guiding Cases for Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation” Held Successfully

On July 18, 2020, the “2019 Annual Conference on Guiding Cases for Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation” was successfully held online through Tencent meeting. The event was sponsored by CUPL Research Base of Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation and organized by School of Law-based Government. Professor Ma Huaide, CUPL President and President of the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society and Hu Weilie, from the Eighth Procuratorial Department of the Supreme People's Procuratorate attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Bian Jianlin, President of the Criminal Procedure Law Studies Institute of China Law Society and CUPL professor of Procedural Law Research Institute, and Xie Pengcheng, Director of the Theoretical Research Department of the Supreme People's Procuratorate respectively announced the Ten Guiding Cases and Ten Excellent Cases for Procuratorial Public Interest Litigation respectively.
