In the morning of April 7, 2021, the seminar on “Prudential Financial Regulation of the Capital Market and Enforcement of Securities Supervision Law”, sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), was successfully held in B209 of the Science and Research Building at the Xueyuanlu Campus of CUPL. This seminar was attended by officials and experts from over ten government departments and research institutes, such as the National People’s Congress (NPC), the Supreme People’s Court (SPC), the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, and China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL).
