On April 10, 2021, the symposium on “Codification of Education Law” was held successfully in Beijing. This symposium was sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and Beijing Research Base of the Rule of Law in Education, and organized by the Center for Education Law of CUPL. The symposium was attended by some 40 people, including officials and experts from government departments and research institutes, such as the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee (LACSC) of the National People’s Congress, the Ministry of Education (MOE), Beijing Municipal Education Commission (BMEC), Peking University, Renmin University of China, and China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL).
