On April 11, 2021, the first Forum on the Legal System for Diversified Dispute Resolution and Symposium on the Revision of the Administrative Reconsideration Law were held successfully in Beijing. The event was sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), and organized by Guantao Law Firm. The event was attended by some 40 people, including officials and experts from the National People’s Congress (NPC), the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), the Ministry of Finance (MOF), Peking University, Tsinghua University, China University of Political Science and Law, Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C (National Academy of Governance), etc.
