On May 15, 2021, the Seminar  on Model Local Legislation on Emergency Management" sponsored by the Center for Emergency Law and Policy of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) was successfully held in Beijing. Experts and scholars from more than ten universities and scientific research institutions, such as CUPL, Renmin University of China, Tsinghua University, Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C (National Academy of Governance), Information Research Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Management, as well as legislator representatives from emergency management department and health commissions of Guangdong, Hebei and other provinces or cities, attended the meeting.
