On 19 August 2021, the seminar on the Implementation Outline for Building a Law-based Government (2021-2025) was held online. The online seminar, sponsored by China Administrative Law Society (CALS) and organized by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), focused on the implementation of the Outline and the progresses of law-based government.

Experts and scholars from universities and government agencies, such as Peking University, Renming University of China, Tsinghua University, CUPL and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice attended the seminar.
