On November 27, 2021, the Award Ceremony of the 10^th Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship (YSALS), sponsored by the Board of Directors of YSALS and organized by the China Administrative Law Society (CALS) and the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), was successfully held in Beijing. Prof. Ying Songnian, Tenured Professor of CUPL and Honorary Chair of the Board of Directors of YSALS, Prof. Ma Huaide, President of CUPL and Chair of the Board of Directors of YSALS and other representatives attended the ceremony. Other attendees included representatives of the CALS Annual Meeting 2021 as well as some of the award-winning doctoral and postgraduate students. The award ceremony was presided over by Prof. Zhao Peng, Dean of the SLBG of CUPL and a member of the Board of Directors of YSALS.
