On December 10, 2021, an online seminar is held to kick off the project of the Annual Report on China’s Law-based Government (2022) via Tencent Meeting. Experts and scholars from the Legal Affairs Office of the Standing Committee of Beijing Municipal People’s Congress, Beihang University, Law School of Beijing Normal University, School of Law of South China Normal University, Law School of Hunan University, Capital Normal University College of Political Science and Law, and School of Law-based Government, CUPL attended the seminar.
