On December 19, 2021, the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (CALS) successfully held the 2021 annual assembly which marked its leadership transition. The theme of the 2021 annual assembly was “Data Governance and Administrative Law”. The 2021 assembly was sponsored by the Special Committee on Government Regulation of CALS, and co-organized by the School of Law-Based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and the Law School of Hunan University. Over 100 experts from the academia and government agencies, including China Law Society, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), Peking University, Tsinghua University, CUPL and Renmin University of China attended the assembly offline or online.
