On February 23, 2022, the Seminar on the Provisions on the Administrative Punishment of Price-related Violations, organized by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), was held successfully in Beijing. Officials from the Second Legislative Bureau of Ministry of Justice, Department of Policies and Regulations, Department of Price Supervision and Inspection and Anti-unfair Competition of the State Administration for Market Regulation, and representatives from the local market regulation system of Beijing, Yunnan Province and Shenzhen attended the seminar.
