Recently, the symposium on the Revision of the Administrative Reconsideration Law, sponsored by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), was held successfully in Beijing. More than 30 leaders, experts and scholars from the Legislative Affairs Commission of the National People’s Congress (NPC), the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), CUPL and etc., attended the symposium.
