Under the guidance of the China Administrative Law Society (CALS) and the Administrative Division of The Supreme People’s Court of PRC, supported by Jiangsu Administrative Law Society and the Law School of Nanjing University and sponsored by Jiangsu Higher People's Court, the Seminar on the Rule of Law and Administrative Adjudication was successfully held on August 19, 2022, in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province in mixed format both online and offline. More than 130 representatives from the Supreme People’s Court (SPC) of the PRC, the Legislative Affairs Commission of the National People’s Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), and other government agencies as well as from universities such as China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), Nanjing University (NJU) and Southeast University (SEU) participated in the closing ceremony.
