On September 17, 2022, the First Symposium on Guiding Cases of Administrative Prosecution was held successfully in Beijing. Officials from the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the Supreme People’s Court, People’s Procuratorate of Beijing Municipality and other central government agencies attended the symposium. More than 50 experts and scholars from Peking University (PKU), Tsinghua University (THU), Renmin University of China (RUC), China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and other universities, research institutions, people’s procuratorate, people’s courts and local government agencies also participated in this symposium.
