In the afternoon of October 30, 2022, the seminar on the Revision of the Administrative Reconsideration Law, sponsored and organized by the School of Law-based Government (SLBG) of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), was successfully held at Hubei Hotel Beijing. The seminar was an expert advisory session of the research project on the Revision of the Administrative Reconsideration Law of the PRC. The research project is a National Key Think-Tank Project funded by the Legislative Affairs Commission of the National People’s Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC). More than 20 officials and experts from NPCSC, the Supreme People’s Court(SPC) of the PRC, the Ministry of Justice, CUPL, and the Democracy＆Legal System journal attended the seminar.
