On the morning of November 18, 2023, the Annual Conference of the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (ALSCLS) was held in Guangzhou. Themed "Innovative Development of Administrative Jurisprudence and Rule of Law in the New Era", the conference was sponsoredby the ALSCLS and organized by Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Leaders from the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, China Law Society, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Justice, and Guangdong Provincial Committee of Political and Legal Affairs attended the event. Over 700 experts and scholars from universities such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), and legal  service institutions gathered to contribute to the conference.
