On November 19, 2023, the award ceremony of the 3rd Ying Songnian Administrative Law Achievement Award and the 11th Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship was successfully held in Guangzhou. The event was sponsored by the Council of Ying Songnian Administrative Law Foundation, organized by the Administrative Law Studies Institute of China Law Society (ALSCLS), and co-sponsored by Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Attendees included Prof. Ma Huaide, Chairman of the Council of Ying Songnian Administrative Law Foundation, President of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), Vice President of the China Law Society, and President of ALSCLS, along with Prof. Dong Hao, Executive Chairman of the Council of Ying Songnian Administrative Law Foundation and professor at Law School of Beijing Normal University, and other representatives of the Council.Representatives of the 2023 Annual Conference of ALSCLS and some award-winning postgraduates were present.
